I Love Dr santivanez and his staff is wonderful !!!!
Always prescribes the same medicine, can only go in with one issue, if we are sick with (the flu, sore throat, sinus, etc..). that's too many issues and we have to schedule another appointment for each one. Cares more of the amount of clients he sees in a day, rather than spend time to really care for his patients. Never heard of a Dr. asking people to make several appointments for more than one issue.
Dr. Santivanez is a good physician, and he is very empathetic. He treats the whole person physically, including emotional and spiritual needs. He is always working very long hours in his office, the Adventist hospital, and clinic at Central Valley hospital. He goes above and beyond excellence as a physician.
