From the front desk, the nurse and the medical service, I have felt very well cared for and, most of all, they solved my respiratory problem. I can sleep well and wake up better.
It is very difficult to get in touch with them by phone. They do not call back or request are often unresolved. I love Dr. Santos but communicating with the office is very frustrating.
