Absolutely horrible service. Waited 60 minutes & paid $75 for the nurse to listen to me with a stethoscope and take me to the front desk to make a new appointment for a test. Do yourself a favor and find a different office. Also, the waiting room was kind of nasty.
Me and my wife we went to the doctor for flu and a Cough knowing that my wife is pregnant they did not prescribe the proper medication to us as we stated to the doctor and we also waited a long time to be called as there was not a big line of people in the office very disappointed with the service never coming back we went to the office at 3pm and we where not inside until 4pm
Thank doctor Santos for your assessment but the problem that I have is the cardiac insufficiency, myocardial , tachycardia and bradycardia syndrome, high blood tensions, this high blood tension don't allow me to sleep well, when I take my medicine for the high tension I relax and them I can sleep, the relations between the appnea and cardiac insufficiency you can find on line in the new investigation about relation of heart problem and cardiac problems like myocardial, I am sending a page online. I have never been in a medical office where the patient care is as terrible as that of Dr. Santos. The two employees at the reception were talking to each other and were on the phone (personal call) while we waited for our turn. We stayed two and a half hours to see Dr. Santos. Then he got into our room, and he stayed only 5 minutes and asked to do another three tests on three different days It was a waste of time!
