After 2 weeks of calling and multiple faxes, we had to get our primary care physician to contact the doctor directly to get an appointment. Office staff was completely unresponsive. On our appointment day, Sept. 28th, we arrived at 12:50 and found a line outside the locked office door waiting for the staff to return from lunch at 1:00. Staff did not open doors till 1:10. On 2-3-2020 my father in law (he was 81 years old) had an appointment with this doctor at this location. I dropped him off a little bit before his appointment time while I went to handle other business. I called him 24 mins after his appointment time to tell him I finished with my stuff and I was on my way back to him. He told me that he was still filling out paperwork (he had a very hard time reading regular sized print and his hands were very shaky). Staff doesn't care about patients especially Crystal Took over a month of phone calls to get appts Still have not received results I understand they have other patients I also have a job. And can't keep calling this is their responsibility as a health care professional
