I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the office staff. Dr. Munoz is an excellent physician, but the front‑office team is consistently rude, dismissive, and difficult to work with. They speak to patients with attitude, do not allow voicemails, and repeatedly play a message stating they are unavailable.
