Good doctor, but extremely disappointing experience with the office management. Dr. Carlos Mendez is a good nephrologist, and we were happy with the medical care he provided to my father. My father is 90 years old and has mobility issues following a stroke, so getting him to medical appointments requires planning and assistance. Unfortunately, the behavior of the office manager has made it impossible for us to continue as patients. At a previous appointment, the office charged the wrong copay. I love this doctor. He's excellent and very clear in his explanation of what is going on with your body and what you need to do to heal.
He is one of the best doctorsI’ve ever been to he’s kind caring and then some.. his bedside matters are better than Good. They’re amazing. He’s one caring and loving individual. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Doctor Who goes beyond the call of duty. Thank you Dr. Mendez you truly are a gentleman.
Dr Mendez took the time to educate myself and my Husband on my rare kidney disease, gitelman syndrome. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough.
