My developmentally disabled brother's cardiologist diagnosed him with afib earlier this year and recommended that we see Dr. Alves as soon as possible. Though quite in demand, Dr. Alves was able to fit my brother into his schedule and very quickly had him in for an ablation. I found Dr. Alves to be very kind and understanding to my brother and though he's quite busy, he took great care to make sure that both of us understood the procedure. Very disappointed, on Dr. Carlos Doesn’t spend much time with patients his always on run mode! Doesn’t explain doesn’t talk , not professional and doesn’t care!! Staff is not professional what so ever! Overall 1star! I’m done and not going back!
