The girl that answers the phone is condescending to say the least “ they are slow and not accommodating! En esta local las citas son aproximadamente 6 meses o mas para una evaluation. El dia de la Cita es atendido 4 horas mas tarde de la Cita. Una semana mas tarde y sobre 5 llamadas para obtener resultados de la evaluacion. Area de espera sucia. Me facturaron la evaluacion en 15 minutos, para evaluarme 4 horas mas tarde. Ningun tipo de disculpa fue ofrecida. Hable de estos problemas con el Dr. y su disculpa es que eso es lo normal........
I am a veteran who the VA sent to the office of Dr Cruz. Worst experience at a dental office ever. The staff up front are extremely rude and unprofessional. My appointment was at 1500 and by 1600 I was still waiting. Because I speak English they assumed I didn’t understand Spanish, and proceeded to make disrespectful comments. $200 for a mediocre initial consultation the least they can do is get me out before 6 hours!! This rude and inconsiderate to others time. The least they could have done was offer a discount for this visit. That is called customer service! Livid to say the least.
