Dr Viera was a great doctor. I asked office staff to send clearance to my neursurgeon. I also made 3 subsequent calls to Joanna in office to request clearance to my neuro surgeon because of upcoming surgery. Joanna promised to send it. My surgery was canceled because joanna never sent the surgical clearance and i had to wait 10 more days in severe sciatic pain to get my surgery. This not only inconvenienced but also my doctor.

Worst experience in a dr office ever. First off their appts are set for one time for everyone so you can expect to wait a really long time to be seen. And God forbid you call asking a question. Either you get blown off or someone will hang up on you. It took me months to get an appointment. They are so unorganized. The Dr is great actually but everyone else is horrible.
