I have been a patient for over 20 years. He has taken care and of all my medical needs . He explains everything to me. He keeps in touch to make sure everything is going as planned. If I call the office I’m seen the same day. He and his staff make you feel comfortable when you enter the office.
I went to Dr. Farach for around 12 yr and he decided go to concierge service. He canceled all of my refills on my prescriptions refills even though we saw him prior to him at he first of the year change. And I called to find a new doctor after I received the letter from his office back in October 2023 and was unable to get an appointment in until February 2024.
I selected 3 stars [neutral] to give my input on the low star average for Dr. Farach. Taking all responses into consideration either your patients like you or they don’t. I’ve read all of the reviews and my objective response is that it all begins with your receptionist & nurse [please do not defend rudeness/ignorance]. Each person who enters or calls your office is respect worthy; no matter their status in society, background or physical make up. Your receptionist & nurse are due the same respect.
