ZERO STARS!!! I received a call to inform me of the results of a CT scan. The representative I spoke to named "Patricia" was SO unbelievably RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and grossly INCOMPETENT it was honestly appalling! He was arrogant and condescending. He didn’t even read my symptoms or list of supplements. Only wanted to give me meds to mask symptoms and not acrylic the problem. Rude and uncaring.
Saw Dr Zapata. He is very sincere and did a great job. I had a parasite infection that caused me anxiety and some symptoms. He did my colonoscopy and was seamless excellent job and made me feel calm. Highly recommend Dr Zapata.
