Very disappointed with the doctor and the staff. This doctor was recommended by my general doctor. First appointment I waited for more than an hour in the lobby and in the patient room. Made an appointment for a procedure and the week of the appointment I went in to get information and I was told by Marta that they were going to call me and let me know that the doctor cancelled the appointment because he had to take another doctor's patients on that day! Customer service, customer service, customer service. After waiting an hour beyond my appt time, left in exam room an hr., no one came to tell me what was going on, I left my first appt with Dr. Leon. Made 2nd appt thinking this could have been a fluke. Waited an hr and 15 min in waiting rm before being called back in to be told it would be at least another 30 mins before doc would see me. This office and staff is extremely disorganized, patient coordinator has zero communication skills and supervisors won't even give you the time a day although they continuously drop the ball. Their phones are constantly down which seems very convenient and another office has to speak and try to work things out with the patients after they f**** up non stop.
