He takes the time to listen, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and fully cared for. I give Dr. Fumero 5 Stars. I give his staff 0. He is a great physician, but his staff is very unprofessional. I call to schedule an appointment and they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes. There is no need to to keep a person on hold for so long for an appointment. Then when you call back no one answers. It’s ashamed because the physician is good, but they need an entire new staff or a manager that trains and teaches proper phone etiquette and how to treat patients.
