He is awesome
I went to Dr. Magtibay's office with my child (who was with me, not at daycare, because she was also sick). I checked in by presenting my insurance card paying my copay. Within a couple minutes I was brought to the back to be weighed and have my vitals checked by a nurse. I carried my daughter with me in a car seat. Very professional and helpful
Horrible experience with Dr. Magtibay. I've never in my life met a more rude, condescending person in my life. I went to him for a follow up visit after the E.R. In lots of pain from headaches. Not only did I not receive any help. I was treated as if I were a lower class of person. I was asked "what do you want me to do?" A few rude remarks later I was sent home with nothing more than a referral and confusion. I later received a letter of discharge stating no reasoning.
