I have had nothing but a Good response to this doctors office. I have sent my out of town co-workers to her, as we are all new to the area. They have been pleased as well. With my newly acquired allergies, since moving here, my first year was made up of frequent visits. Always professional, and always seen in a timely manner.
My mother called me with tears in her voice! Dr. Neal-Haley still had not seen her by 10:05am when she had a 8:20am new patient appointment. That's right almost 2 hours and she saw a student...not even the PA but a student and it was never established what type of student she was-only that she was very, very young. I read reviews about this doctor when my mother said she was going to see her.
