I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I needed a refill for a prescription so I called and left a voicemail. I get a call back relatively fast but I’m told my doctor has retired and that I’ve been assigned a new one. I’m told a letter was sent out months ago, but I never received any letter. They also said I needed a urine test to get a refill on my prescription, but this did not surprise me. I’ve been on this medicine for years and this is nothing new. I took my son Ethan to her. She’s amazing! She went above a beyond. I was so impressed by everything about her, I was literally in tears! Thank you for what you do, and how you make people feel so loved and special! He needed someone just like you to walk in that door, and you did! SO GRATEFUL!! Xo
