I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I needed a refill for a prescription so I called and left a voicemail. I get a call back relatively fast but I’m told my doctor has retired and that I’ve been assigned a new one. I’m told a letter was sent out months ago, but I never received any letter. They also said I needed a urine test to get a refill on my prescription, but this did not surprise me. I’ve been on this medicine for years and this is nothing new.
