ANYTHING but helpful!! The last 2 times that I needed a simple prescription refill, it was a nightmare. NO CONTACT, NO RESPONSE. Last time, I used the patient portal, sent a couple of messages. Terrible experience. I waited one hour int he clinic and still no answer when the doctor can see me. They overbook with patients. They do not care patients. No apology. I have to find another doctor after I have been waiting for this doctor for three days while I was badly ill. If you do not want to be treated like a little xxx, do not book with this doctor.
