I do not live in Little Rock and felt reluctant to use a physician 2 hours away. I couldn’t be happier that I chose to make the quarterly drive. She and her staff are amazing. Dr. Gammara-Hilburn is so kind and warm. She’s very knowledgeable and takes all the time needed to explain things. It’s a plus that I NEVER wait more than 15 minutes to see her. I definitely recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Gamarra-Hilburn for a little over a year now. I am so grateful to her and her staff. She is one of the very few doctors who will listen to me and my concerns about my health. I feel that she genuinely cares about me and my health. I have great confidence in her and her abilities to treat my condition. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a Rheumatologist. The nurses and office staff are very helpful and friendly.
I specifically chose a female physician in hopes of having an empathetic doctor who took my concerns seriously. I was met with a “you look healthy” and maybe you are tired because of “anxiety and depression.” She took one look at my medications and diagnosed me. I have no clue why I came to that appointment because she left me with “try an anti-inflammatory diet and exercise.” If she had bothered to ask (I’m a dietitian) she would have known I’ve been eating an anti-inflammatory diet for the past year. When I saw Dr. Gamarra the first time I was in so much pain I could barely move. She was so understanding and compassionate. She did a thorough exam and was able to diagnose and treat my condition and I am now almost pain free. Everyone in the office is so kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Dr. Gamarra and all the staff there.
