Pleasantly surprised.
He was callous, judgemental, biased and totally lacking in empathy when it came to treatment of my severely ill brother. His lack of attention to specific details and refusal to listen to the patient and his family, with the above noted, contributed to my brother's adverse outcome. I do not recommend him at all.....
