Staff is rude, uneducated and unprofessional.. it’s sad because Dr Murray is a great doctor
You can never get a hold of the office. They lose your paperwork and if you leave a message, they never call back. Switched Primary's was the best decision.
Dr Murray is the definition of a class act. No not only does he take his time but the entire staff that works for him is a complete example of how Every doctor office should operate. If I could give more than five out of five stars I would.
Staff is unprofessional! I’ve been calling for over two weeks to get the results for my blood work with no return call. I’ve left messages with the operators and no one calls back. The voice mail is always full and I keep getting passed around from person to person and no one can help me. This will be my last visit for sure! Also I went to the lab and they had not even sent my prescription over as promised I had to sit there for an extra half hour while fasting and I have low blood sugar.
