I set up a first time appt. with this doctor. Arrived the requested 10 minutes before scheduled appt., completed paperwork and WAITED. There were 2 other patients and one spouse waiting at the time. A drug detail person came in shortly after I arrived an a second one about 10 minutes later. Both were escorted back. After waiting an hour and being the only person left in the waiting room (all other patients and drug reps had left). I asked at the window when I might be seen.
