Dr. Carine Jean is ah-mazing. I love her. I was really struggling during the pandemic and she really helped me. She is intelligent... She is gentle and she is compassion. She really listens to you. She is a gem.
I typically would not write reviews, however, I do not want anyone to have the same experience as I have had with this office and staff. I cannot even be generous enough to give this practice 1 star. The gentleman working the main desk is extremely rude and verbally harassing. First of all, the office was very unprepared and disorganized. Neither the physician nor the desk knew I had an appointment, although they contacted me multiple times confirming my appointment. Stay away!!! Money Hungry, Rude and Sketchy. That’s the best way to explain this office.
Dr. Jean is a caring practitioner! When we first met, I was going to find another psychiatrist...but I made another appointment...and have been seeing her for 5+ years and couldn't imagine working with another psychiatrist!
