Absolutely incredible experience. My car's alternator almost died on my way to work, and I knew I needed to have it inspected and potentially replaced ASAP. I work far from where I live and wasn't familiar with any mechanics in the area. DR Car Services was the closest to where I was, so I called right when they opened. Cesar was so friendly, told me they would make time for my car as soon as I got there, and handle my alternator - if that was the problem. I left it with him and went to work. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair my car quickly; kind and helpful!
My friend came here to get her window fixed, and I ended up having to speak with them myself because of how they handled the situation. They originally quoted her a few hundred dollars less than what they ultimately charged. After they had the car, they called back about 30 minutes later and said it would be over $200 more to fix it.
