I have been a loyal customer of this shop for over five years and trusted them with my car because I don’t know much about auto repairs. Unfortunately, that trust was completely lost during my most recent experience. After a minor accident, I brought my car in through my insurance for repairs. I will never use their service again. I dropped of my car there and they told me they will give me a call once the car maintenance is done. I was waiting for hours without an incoming call and when I went back there to check, they all left and just left my car out there without notification or neither a permission from me. And they are over priced as well. Don’t recommend this place!
Very convenient location, only 2 minutes from the metro station and about 5 minutes from Tysons Corner Mall. Nisa and mechanic were very helpful. Great service overall.
My car had broken down at the nearby mall, and after walking over to the shop, Diego graciously reviewed the potential issues and assisted me with a comprehensive approach. The genuine assessment and effective intervention made the day much better, and I am grateful for that extra help and will return whenever my car needs additional service!
