My car showed the P0421 error, and I brought my car to this location to get it diagnosed. Diego told me that the primary catalytic converter is broken. He showed the correct picture while explaining it and ran through the costs to fix it (the part+ labor). I work in the Tyson's Corner area, and as I was leaving work yesterday, I realized that I had a nail in my tire. I'd never been to D.R. Services, but I drove there because it was nearby. Glad I did! I got there about 45 minutes before they closed, but they made the time to attend to the problem. It took the mechanic less than 30 minutes to remove the wheel, extract the nail, and patch the tire. I was having electrical problems. Diego helped diagnose the issue and ruled out the alternator and parasitic draw. Turns out the battery I installed was a dud. They only charged me for the assessment and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. It’s so nice to find a truly honest mechanic. I’ll always bring my cars here from now on.
