Five years later, I received a letter from my insurance company informing me that Dr. Car Glass is suing them for more money, despite being paid in 2019. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers and is only interested in squeezing more money out of insurance providers. Don't fall victim to their deceptive practices. GREAT service all around! Juan A was VERY helpful and accommodated me to get my windshield fixed in record time. He was very pleasant to chat with and very considerate. The Tech that assisted was also GREAT very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help and fast service. I was dreading the experience of having to change the windshield BUT the team at Dr Car Glass really made things easy. HIGHLY recommend. 10/10 !
