Extremely easy to work with. They handled everything with my insurance company regarding the paperwork on the windshield replacement on my SUV. Their communication was good regarding telling me when they were coming to my home and the technician called to tell me he was on his way. Installation was excellent. I would use them again if needed. Highly recommend them.

Five years later, I received a letter from my insurance company informing me that Dr. Car Glass is suing them for more money, despite being paid in 2019. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers and is only interested in squeezing more money out of insurance providers. Don't fall victim to their deceptive practices.
