I had moved but miss Dr. Thurston! She is one of the best OBGYN doctors !! I miss her as my OBGYN doctor! She is definitely highly recommended by me!
Dr. Thurston saved my life, and saved my uterus when I was 27 years old, back in 1996. I never ended up using it for a baby, but I am grateful to this day she figured out how to keep my young uterus—at the time being destroyed by enormous fibroids—intact and healthy in my body for another 25 years. I am still sharing the story of the excellent care I received from Dr. Thurston. She's a gift to medicine.

It's been almost 6 years (Aug 2019). Aug 2018 if it wasn't for her ,the staff of Reston hospital and God I wouldn't be here. Complications from a D&C from a placenta previa. I ended up losing too much blood ended up in a coma plus had to have an emergency hysterectomy. According to her and my mom that night she set near my bed while I was still in a coma praying that she doesn't lose me. I appreciate that. She delivered my previous 2 kids. She is the best.
