Trying to get through to the office is absolutely impossible. Leave a voicemail, email or text but do not expect a reply. Shame on the way the reception office is managed. Dr. Howe was great the one visit I had but what’s not great is Aetna and myself trying to get more information faxed so the biopsy done in JULY (6months ago) is paid before it goes to collections! UGH.

The front office is awful even in the most traumatic of situations. Please hire competent front office staff to help patients with very serious medical needs. This made a completely traumatic experience even worse.
How do you guys get appointment with Dr Howe? I just got pregnant, i’ve been calling non stop for couple days, left voice mails, no answer. Even if I get an appointment will it be like this throughout my pregnancy? me chasing an appointment all the time?
