The front office is awful even in the most traumatic of situations. Please hire competent front office staff to help patients with very serious medical needs. This made a completely traumatic experience even worse.
How do you guys get appointment with Dr Howe? I just got pregnant, i’ve been calling non stop for couple days, left voice mails, no answer. Even if I get an appointment will it be like this throughout my pregnancy? me chasing an appointment all the time?
I just had my first visit with Dr. Howe and it was a great experience. The wait time was good. I was taken back within a few minutes and only had to wait for about 5 minutes to see Dr. Howe after that. Her nurse, Julia, was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Howe is so personable. She took a lot of time to ask insightful questions and really listen to my answers. Front office is awful. No one answers the phone ever. I called 23 times in one day. Never reached anybody over two weeks. I’ve left six messages and sent three emails through their website. I was lucky enough to reach someone a couple of weeks ago, She told me all the information I need will be on the old portal. That was a lie. So now I’m back to calling all day every day to get a question answered since the staff is not trained nor do they work
