Dr. Covington or staff did not fully explain the risks or aftercare for my procedure. I had it on Thursday. The office was closed Friday. I found out she doesn't have an answering service for after hours and on weekends. When I could get in touch she blew off my concerns. I ended up in the ER two times. I eventually went to a specialist in Arlington to have my issue resolved and to fix complications from the surgery she did. Dont go here. They send you home and there is no way to contact the office if it is outside business ... read more

I loved Dr. Candice but over the office is so uptight and rude. 45. Minutes in the waiting room and I was the only patient..? I was not able to use her because of changes in insur.So the Dr. 5 stars but office help1 star....
