Returned a missed call around same time after requesting appt via website the day prior. Rep named Michelle stated they were unable to assist with scheduling and hung up in my face. Did not offer to take message or specify any further info. I called back giving benefit of the doubt hoping the call just dropped, got same rep and said “I think you’re the person that just hung up on me” she said “yeah ok how can I help you?” Disgusting customer service, will take business elsewhere.
Horrible office sending a student instead of a medial assistant to assist with my dads chronic cough is baffling will be switching doctors would not recommend this place

Dr. Wright is brilliant without being cold and confident without being rushed. Every question was answered with clarity and care, like I was the most important appointment on the calendar and not just another chart with a sinus problem attached. The staff was also great. Very professional and kind.
