First time in my life I have a doctor that goes MIA. My Neurologist, THE MOST IMPORTANT DOCTOR I NEED, to live a normal life. I depend daily on medications to prevent me from having seizures. Medications are running low so I requested refills. Pharmacy asked for my help because they were having issues. When I signed in to MYCHART to send a message, Dr Garcia’s was not on the list of doctors I can message to. Dr Garcia is an amazing doctor. He's the only neurologist that gave me hope after having unresolved seizures for over 2 and 1/2 years. He led me in the right direction. He always was caring and kind and he listened to everything I had to say and my husband had to say. He would call and check on me and see how I was doing. He was truly a gift from God to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs answers.
Doctor quits and no one tells me. Refill runs out and they are scrambling because I don’t have a doctor and therefore can’t get my medicine filled ? How was I supposed to know ? What was I supposed to do I went to get meds per usual and now I’m just screwed ? Reception won’t let me talk to doctor staff , nada. Won’t answer calls from pub pharmacy. Where do I begin? Dr. Garcia is beyond amazing. He truly cares for his patients! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and overall just a pleasure to be around. I strongly recommend Dr. Garcia to any and everyone who is in need of an amazing Neurologist with a great bedside manner!
Dr Garcia evaluated me after I was hospitalized due to a bad epileptic seizure. Who knew you could develop epilesy in middle age? After careful testing, he put me on a perfect medication. Now, my seizures are completely gone and I have zero side effects.
