First time in my life I have a doctor that goes MIA. My Neurologist, THE MOST IMPORTANT DOCTOR I NEED, to live a normal life. I depend daily on medications to prevent me from having seizures. Medications are running low so I requested refills. Pharmacy asked for my help because they were having issues. Doctor quits and no one tells me. Refill runs out and they are scrambling because I don’t have a doctor and therefore can’t get my medicine filled ? How was I supposed to know ? What was I supposed to do I went to get meds per usual and now I’m just screwed ? Reception won’t let me talk to doctor staff , nada. Won’t answer calls from pub pharmacy. Dr Garcia is an amazing doctor. He's the only neurologist that gave me hope after having unresolved seizures for over 2 and 1/2 years. He led me in the right direction. He always was caring and kind and he listened to everything I had to say and my husband had to say. He would call and check on me and see how I was doing. He was truly a gift from God to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs answers.
I've read great reviews of this doctor and was excited to get an appointment. I left work early, the doctor never showed for the appointment, and I got a notification to my phone that he was trying to reach me. It was the office apologizing and saying he would be with me virtually in just a minute. 23 minutes later, no doctor. I'll try to get an appointment with someone else
