I have not yet had an appointment, but I called for one and was greeted by a friendly representative, She was unable to answer my question, but she quickly transferred me to someone who could. I wish I got her name because she helped me so much in one phone call! Very knowledgeable of services provided by this facility and mental healthcare systems in general.
