I was admitted Woodmont Hospital for my health conditions. I got the greatest customer service from a Dr. Franklyn. He also has a great bedside manner. He listens to his patients. He doesn’t rushed patients room and he explain to me all the test and the diagnosis that I will have done and he comes back to explain my results he is amazing and I highly appreciate to be in his care.

Dr Franklyn is a highly skilled, educated and compassionate person. He advocates for his patients and ensure the best outcomes for them under his care. Very approachable person and listens to every concern you have. I personally have to thank Dr Franklyn for saving my life multiple times but importantly one time ten years ago when I experienced Sepsis and Dr Franklyn advocated for me to receive the right antibiotics on time in order to save my life. An amazing Doctor...so caring for his patients. He takes time out of his schedule to talk and make sure his patients feel comfortable and understand the treatment plan. Very rare are there doctors like this.
