I made an appointment with Dr. Andy in February for an annual physical as a new patient. Instead of performing a physical at this visit, she reviewed my medical history and stated we would do the actual physical another day. However, I was never told that this would affect the billing of the visit and she did not tell me this until we were almost out of time anyway. I later received a bill for over $300 after insurance.
