Dr. Stepniak was very kind, informative and helpful. She explained what I was experiencing and why. She offered different ways to treat my symptoms. She told me what I could expect from each option. And when I think we both agreed surgery wasn’t necessary, she still gave me the option to call if I changed my mind, or to call in general if I needed further help. She was also just very down to earth and easy to talk to. 10/10 recommend!
My dad’s experienced severe ear pain for a while now and has been struggling with his hearing as a result. His drs attempted treatment, didn’t work, and then referred him to a specialist hoping for him to be seen in a certain window of time for best treatment options. Not only did the referral take forever and they missed the ideal window for assessment, but my dad’s referral was also declined. Said they missed the window. Get him a hearing aid. Very knowledgeable and professional.
I highly recommend. She did a surgery on me back in May of this year to help my breathing on the one side.. brownie points because it also made my nostrils to look even ( they were way off on both sides). My nose looks way better then before. I can breath so much better then i have in 35 years. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable before the surgery too. I see her tomorrow for a follow-up
