Dr. Stepniak was very kind, informative and helpful. She explained what I was experiencing and why. She offered different ways to treat my symptoms. She told me what I could expect from each option. And when I think we both agreed surgery wasn’t necessary, she still gave me the option to call if I changed my mind, or to call in general if I needed further help. She was also just very down to earth and easy to talk to. 10/10 recommend!
My dad’s experienced severe ear pain for a while now and has been struggling with his hearing as a result. His drs attempted treatment, didn’t work, and then referred him to a specialist hoping for him to be seen in a certain window of time for best treatment options.
