Hersh is passive-aggressive, unkind, unhelpful, and mocking. Three friends nor I will ever go back. This review is from Kelly. She does not follow 2016 ACOG guidelines and keeps older women with a perfect health record coming back annually when the guidelines are every three-five years.
Been going to this practice for annuals for three years. Given misinformation by the billing person each year and it is never rectified. Twice, I just gave up because it wasn’t worth the stress. Will be going elsewhere with competent front office staff who respond to phone calls and professionally and promptly address/rectify mistakes made by the office.
Dr. Hersh is an awful doctor. After a basic laparoscopy, she left me with a severe pelvic nerve condition. Each time I returned to explain how intense the pain was, she insisted it was all in my head. I have developed serious PTSD due to both my condition and her poor bedside manner. The office "manager" Shamice Dewberry is unprofessional and disorganized. Received a bill from a early 2024 service just now in 2025! Very chaotic and incompetent office. Their office ALSO deleted my first review to try to up their poor rating. Will keep leaving review SHAMICE ;)
