Extremely disappointing billing and customer service. I received dental services here in 2024. My insurance company had merged with another company, which initially caused some confusion. However, I provided the office with my updated insurance information—including my group and member ID—twice, about six months apart, each time immediately after they requested it. Dr. Workman and his staff have been taking great care of me and my family for years. He and his top-notch staff do a great job. If you are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend Dr. Workman enough.
