Dr McLean is great been with him for many years but this last year to now every time I call I get receptionist and nurses that know nothing and give me terrible attitude, I’m ready to change my primary care doctor over the people he has working in his office with him, not helpful not caring and just down right rude, it makes me sick to know there’s facilities operating like this!
9 phone calls and 7 days is what it took to get these idiots to refill a script. Yvonne needs to be fired because this is the 3rd time that she has failed to do her job. She even left me a message saying she had put in my request and it had went through after i called. So I take it out on the pharmacy until I find out that they sent the wrong medication.
