Excellent Doctor, excellent staff.
In this day and age, we often focus on the negatives and don't recognize the positves in our BC Healthcare system. I would like to extend my apppreciation to Dr. Lam and his adminsitrative staff for the quick and efficient way they took care of me and scheduled an emergency ureteroscopy as the last patient of the day on a Friday afternoon. The whole surgical team was professional and thoughtful of my needs and concerns.
