Very poor communication. I cancelled an appointment on line and received no acknowledgement. I emailed the same cancellation, yet no acknowledgement. I just called to leave a voice message and there was no beep to leave a message (of cancellation), so I began leaving it and the notification to leave a message repeated itself. This cancellation was placed several days before the actual appointment, so I hope SOMEONE gets back to regarding my 3 separate ways to reach this company about my cancelled appointment.
