Visited Wink Optometry and Dr. MacDonald to have my daughter assessed for vision therapy. From the first phone call through our last visit, the entire team at Wink has been incredible. Apparently the actual optometrists here are great. I wouldn't know, though. Our family of four just came back to Alberta. We've had a really great experience over the past few weeks setting up our family dentist, doctor, physio, etc. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming, until today. I showed up for my initial eye exam and couldn't get through the incredibly rude and disrespectful front desk. Unless I have something on my face, I am amazed that anybody else has ever had a successful visit to this place.
Dr. Alford is an amazing optometrist! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, personable and within moments of meeting her you will know you're in good hands. The care you get from her and various staff members will make you will feel very well taken care of. I won't go anywhere else for my eye care.
I've been a patient of Dr. Hagemann for several years, and I feel very comfortable with her knowledge and patient care. I have found the excellent staff in Wink Clinic to be caring, and very competent. Caitlin assisted me in my purchase of new eyeglass frames, with professionalism, and attention to details. We have trusted this clinic and Dr. Hagemann for several years and have always appreciated the care, which is why our recent experience was very disappointing.
