Laura the desk person is extremely rude. I was in a car accident which made me not be able to come. I called hours prior to cancel. MY CAR WAS TOTALED. Completely didn’t sympathize what’s so ever. Refused to reschedule . Glad I didn’t come here.
I called the office and told the front desk lady that I am looking for a new dentist and my fillings were chipping and falling out. She told me that I should go to my other dentist because they have a 2 month wait. I said that’s okay and she asked if I had insurance because she couldn’t put me down for an appointment without having an insurance review. I would feel ungreatful if I didn't leave this practice a review... My situation was an emergency situation... I went to a different clinic and was told I had old fillings falling out and a pretty bad cavity in one tooth and they quoted me 300 to get everything fixed... I spoke with my husband who wanted me to get a 2nd opiniom and boy o boy am I veer glad that I did!!! This dentist was recommended by our insurance provider and was the closest to our location of residence. After calling and giving insurance info and information etc. the receptionist on the other end was somewhat rude and said she would return my call the same day. Call was never received and had to call the following day. After receiving a call back I was told that since my son was a new patient it would be two months out before he could be seen.
