Condescending and ineffective are a bad combination, Dr. Selwyn. You completely disregarded my entire request, and not only did you miss the issue I was having, you also missed the polyp right next to it. Both of which were directly at the entrance. All of this after my telling you exactly where it was (you even went so far as to tell me I was repeating myself). You cost me 6 months, 2 more referrals, and a great deal of stress.
