I would have given five stars to Dr. Alonzo but I would give zero star for his staff most especially for Lyn. Lyn was very rude and unprofessional.I had the worst customer service experience from Lyn and the other staff as well. It was a scheduling issue so I requested for a call back from Dr. Alonzo but Lyn and the staff kept putting me on long hold and didn't even attempt to resolve the issue.
Called last week to schedule an appointment . Told the receptionist it was an emergency because my glasses broke and my contacts expired (another story- another eye center didnt tell me expire 6 months,etc.) and without these I cant drive,etc. Scheduled for Jan. 15th at 2pm and so I just got a call today they need to reschedule me and for Jan.29th... wth ugh. Asked the receptionist why do I have to reschedule and she said the eye doctor said cant overbook lame excuse. So this is how u treat customers who have an emergency sm... read more
UNHELPFUL STAFF. I was told that patient need to file their own claim to their insurance for the services they provided.
Calvin in amazing staff treated me terrible every single time. They messed up entering my soc and said insurance wont pay, never attempted to call me. I called to get my sons prescription sent and they proceeded to treat me like a criminal. I took care of it that day. Still refused to send his prescription. Despicable.
Had a wonderful experience! My daughter's pediatrician referred us to this office and was a pleasant experience. We were greeted and our wait time was very minimal. We saw Dr. Kim who was amazing with my 7 year old. She explained things to her in her level of understanding and fully answered all of her questions. Dr. Kim took her time with the exam and was very personabe. Would highly recommend this office.
