She is very patient and attentive to the patient.
Staff is welcoming, clean office, and kind. You don't sit for long period of time before called back. Check in was easy since I checked in online. Dr Shepherd is kind, thorough and I like her. She answers all my questions and don't rush me. On a scale from 1-10 Doctor Shepherd is a 10!!!
