Dr Doan explained the colonoscopy procedure and the risks. I found her polite and to the point. I didn’t feel a thing.
She interrupted and talked over me several times during a consultation. The appointment felt rushed and her attitude was dismissive. Poor bedside manner.
Very painful colonoscopy. Asked her to stop at least once during the procedure. It was awful.
