I received treatment in 2018 and 2022. I believe cognitive behavioural therapy with Dr. Bernadette in 2018 helped me deeply with near-lifelong challenges, and later sessions with Dr. Olivera in 2022 gave me valuable insight into issues I was facing at the time. Looking back, these sessions were vital to my growth into the person I am today. I highly recommend this clinic.
Absolutely amazing experience and time talking, helped me with so many things going on, and now I don’t even recognize my old self anymore, still use things learned here to this day!

I feel compelled to speak out. Dr Bernadette Cafferey-Craig was hired to help with only one issue. Extreme fear. She diagnosed me with severe acute PTSD and severe anxiety. Simultaneously, I felt interrogated, judged, gaslit, made to feel small, and in turn I felt even more afraid. Ended up in emergency room for physically shaking that wouldn't stop. Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience with Dr. Bernadette My daughter felt judged during her sessions, which only worsened her mental health. The sessions felt more like an interrogation with zero empathy and no validation of her struggles. we had to pull her out. Dr. Bernadette was always 20+ minutes late to the sessions, with no prior notice, and gave excuses instead of offering a genuine apology.
