It's upsetting not being able to get through to anyone when you're struggling. Not able to fill in their long-winded online forms after work as it's only available to access during their working hours, which are the same as mine. Sat waiting on the phone for well over an hour each time when I have a lunch break, and never able to get through, so end up having to hang up. Receptionists are really lovely when you do eventually get through, but some things have to change to make things a bit easier, surely
My surgery has merged with Adams Practice. They have got nothing right. I have suffered great pain as a result. Give days without pain relief and they sent texts saying I had the painkillers. I am not a liar. Then they have the cheek to give me instructions on how to use a website I have used for over a year. Chaos.
Staff & Doctor's always helpful & friendly
The receptionist was very kind and courteous, and the phlebotomist was the same. For all the people who gave negative reviews, I would say this: stop being selfish and look from YOUR perspective only! The staff have to attend and help THOUSANDS of people! All of these members of staff are just like you and I, trying to do a job, to the best of their abilities even when management puts pressure on them, even when cuts/shortages happen and on top of that, you can be allowed to have a bad day at work(I won't dive into the compl... read more
