Carl St-Amand is unworthy of the title of Doctor! His only patient concern is billing! He is dismissive of any concerns expressed and due to his lack of attention to the concerns I expressed to him my health conditions have seriously increased in severity. Dr. St. Amand is a young arrogant doctor with a bad attitude. He has even been confrontational. He lacks bed side manner, empathy and when you show up in his office, he doesn't even know what you are there for. The nurses call you back and they don't know why they are calling you. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. St. Amand has a text book education and zero experience. If doctors weren't so scarce, I'd be firing this kid.
