Don't ever go to Airport Family Phycians. Melissa the receptionist is rude, and lazy and doesn't do her job. I needed a nebulizer after being in the hospital for 3 months from having a traceotomy and my ENT requested it to help my breathing, ay one point he called the office himself and when I called to check on the prescription for the nebulizer Melissa told me not to have my ENT calling them! My husband switched to her last year, and we had a great experience. I have now switched to her after my pcp stopped accepting my insurance. I had an amazing new patient appt. she was very kind and listened to every concern I had. I also have had no issue with the office staff. My first appt had to be rescheduled due to a power outage in the area. They were very nice and apologetic, and got me rescheduled right away.
