Dr. C. Lodge is s great dentist. She ALWAYS tries to make the patient in the chair feel well-cared for. The actual procedure room is on the small side with all the equipment necessary to maintain oral health in the patient’s under her care. If the equipment looks dated it only goes to prove what a good dentist she is. Dr. Lodge doesn’t seem to need brand new equipment with all the bells and whistles because she’s a dentist who relies on the knowledge in her head and the skill in her hands. Over the past few years since my partner and I became her clients after our dentist Dr. Pearlman sold her his business, she has gradually but palpably turned a basic but decent no-frills clinic into something approaching Third World quality. The magazines (outdated, of course) disappeared and there is no television or other magazines to replace them. Gone, too, is any water cooler.
