Doctor Mason your office manager is letting your business get unorganized and careless. Front office staff gossip about patients loud enough for others to hear and dr A is not caring about his patients. He is even lying about what he says and doesn't say. . Please coach Mark on how to be non bias towards sensitive situations because he told us to listen to the doctors advice but didnt even read my email that said exactly the opposite of what he thought happened. Sorry but I’m not sure how the 5 stars appeared. I never had a chance to meet Dr. Mason. A different Dr. entered my exam room and told me she was now my doctor.
Great service and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Mason really cares about his patients. Thanks for not making it scary...really put me at ease!
